YOUR MAGDALENA?

“Your Magdalena?” deals with systems, morality without ethics and the faith of an individual in a Central European lockdown.

When we shut down our systems, we largely split up. In the work of “Your Magdalena?”, I look for the interface or the beginning of this separation. Our systems react with theoretical and subjective probability calculations, which result in conclusions. The solutions of these hypothetically most suitable variants remain evidence-free. In an evidence-free space, we assume, estimate and believe something. Solutions to problems with a lack of evidence do not include expertise. Since there is no science in this area, we speak of subjective assessments, intuition and, in the larger sense, belief, a deep-seated feeling that is linked to certainty. The question of how to deal with the problem in a morally and ethically correct manner is subject to the majority's awareness.
